Google Celebrates Anand Pai’s Birthday with Doodle
As we know that Google has pioneered this Google Doodle on various legends across the field and today they have come up with a special doodle dedicated to Anand Pai on his 82nd birthday today, i.e. September 17, 2011. Anand Pai or otherwise popularly known as Uncle Pai was the founder of the much famous Amar Chitra Katha series and known for the Indian Comics book Tinkle.
Google’s Doodle on Anand Pai depicts the Google logo in two parts where Uncle Pai was featured in both sections and this looks like a comic strip as seen in a regular Amar Chitra Katha Comics and this is a full dedication to the India comic book pioneer. Google Doodles are indeed a great way to tell us about great people whom we otherwise tend to forget and this Anand Pai’s Doodle is even fitting tribute to the great man whose comics and stories we grew up as kids.
This Doogle is only appearing on the Google India Home Page and when clicked it results in a search result of “Anand Pai” so that we can learn about him more and how he become popular and being known as Uncle Pai.
