After a spate of new movie halls or multiplex in Chennai, here’s another one and this time it is located near Vadapalani and to be more exactly between Saligramam and Virugambakkam, and this time it is Fame National from the house of the much famed Fame Cinemas which has the similar multiplexes across various cities like Aurangabad, Dhanbad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Navi Mumbai, Koltatta, Surat, etc.

 

Location

In Chennai Fame Cinemas is located on the third floor of the newly opened Chandra Metro Mall at 262 Arcot Road Virugambakkam.  It is located nearly opposite to the Avichi School and nearly some km away from the Vadapalani Bus Depot towards Virugambakkam.  It is on the right side if you come from Vadapalani.

 

Screens

There are a total of 5 screen multiplex at Fame National with the option of having food when watching movie.  All the screens are fitted with Dolby surround sound.  This in ideal location of near Vadaplani where there are not any multiplex located in that area in Chennai.

This looks like the entertainment option especially with that of movies and multiplex for Chennaiites seems to be growing with the addition of this Fame Cinemas in Chennai after the other ones like AGS OMR, Escape at EA Mall and with the existing ones like our very own Sathyam Cinemas, PVR Cinemas, INOX etc.
